🌱Dill is a repellent for aphids & mites.

🌱Nasturtium is a trap crop for lots of pests including cucumber beetles, squash bugs, aphids & whiteflies.

🌱Hot peppers reduce root knot nematodes

🌱Tansy repels cucumber beetles.

🌱Oregano repels aphids.

🌱Marigolds…pretty sure this is the champ in the garden for repelling pests and attracting beneficials (African Marigolds are great; French Marigolds add the benefit of working to prevent root knot nematodes too).

My goal for my cucumbers is to alternate an herb and a flower.

We want to attract the beneficials in with the flowers and repel the bad pests with the herbs (scent).
