Amazon is really stepping up their fashion game lately. What with Making the Cut on Amazon Prime & now with Amazon The Drop Store where they’re partnering with influencers to create mini fashion lines. Two local Dallas fashion influencers have been among the selected and it’s super cool to see what they dream up.
What’s important to me in my wardrobe is comfort, being cozy, cute & on brand (aka Sugar Creek). Running a Specialty Event Rental business means that I shelp furniture around a lot. And that means I’m usually in some sort of joggers, yoga pants or something similar. But when I’m out networking, I LOVE to be on brand for Sugar Creek. People tell me “you always look cute & well put together” – well, to me, part of my brand for Sugar Creek means that my style within Sugar Creek should also transfer over to my wardrobe. So while I don joggers and yoga pants during warehouse days, when I’m out networking, I’m fully embodying “Sugar Creek”. Take a peek at what I’ve recently added to my closet via Amazon!

GARY'S CARNIVAL DRESS
I’m a huge fan of Amazon’s Making the Cut reality TV show. And I’ve made it a “thing” to buy one winning look from each season. This is the winning look that I added to my closet from Season 2 (Episode 5)…designer Gary Graham’s Carnival Dress. I watched him take photos around the vintage carnival and create the pattern for this dress. And it’s the perfect weight in a dress. LOVE IT.
